Please note that throughout these terms and conditions when we mention "we", "us" or "our", we mean Any Car Online which is a trading style of Any Car Group Limited. When we refer to "you" we mean the user of our website.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. If you use our site you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and thereby have entered into a legally binding contract. The terms and conditions stated need to be read in conjunction with any further written instruction and/or order form or contract you accept from us. Please leave this site if you do not wish to accept these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time which will take effect from the date when the changes are posted on this website. Your continued use of this website will constitute your acceptance of any changes to these terms and conditions.
Your enquiry and request for any quotations with us, either through this website, via email or post is free of charge. You would only be required to pay a fee should you enter into a contract with us.
The vehicles and prices on our website do not constitute an offer to lease or rent a vehicle. All applications are subject to status and confirmation of price and terms. All images and videos of vehicles within this website are for illustrative and example purposes only. Opinions within video vehicle reviews are from an independent source and not necessarily that of Any Car Online. This website shows a variety of makes and models of vehicles on contract hire or rental contract terms which we can provide from our portfolio of providers, funders and dealer networks. We also show other automotive related services.
The details of vehicles on the website (particularly as to price and options) are based on information provided to us by suppliers and various trade bodies. Although we endeavour to make all our vehicle listings and prices as up to date and accurate as possible, due to manufacturer, dealer and occasional changes, and constant updates, the price, availability and specification of a vehicle shown within the site should be deemed to be a guide and subject to our confirmation later in the process which will be in writing via email or by post.
You will choose the appropriate mileage to reflect your usage throughout the term of your contract. When the car is returned at the end of the lease or rental, you will need to pay for any extra mileage you have used over your total allowance. This excess mileage charge is normally expressed as PPM (pence per mile). The PPM relative to your contract will be detailed within the quotation/order form. For example: 1,000 miles excess mileage at the end of the contract, at a cost 6ppm would mean you would need to pay £60.00 plus VAT.

Please be aware that you do not and will not own the vehicle at the end of the contract.
The order and payments
Once Any Car Online has provided you with a quotation for your chosen vehicle, including any related processing fee and initial and regular payments that may be applicable. If you choose to proceed and place an order for the vehicle, we will provide you with a customer order form.
If you are in agreement and wish to lease or rent the vehicle, you will be required to sign and date this customer order from and pay a £195+Vat processing fee. Full terms and conditions appertaining to your order will be detailed within the order form. If, after a vehicle has been ordered, you cancel your order prior to delivery, you may be liable to a cancellation fee as defined on the vehicle order from. The initial and regular monthly (or weekly) payments are to be paid directly to the funder of the vehicle.
Any eligible refund will be sent to you within 5-working days (Mon-Fri) of the agreed refund. If the payment was originally made by credit or debit card, the refund payment will be made back to the same card. If the original payment was made by bank transfer, we will post a cheque for the refund amount.
If a price change affecting the vehicle (other than related to changes in specification) is imposed on the supplier by the manufacturer, effective after the contract date, you agree to accept the vehicle and the price change within the parameters defined within the order form.
Although Any Car Online endeavours to make you aware of any charges, fees or deposits that are or may be applied by finance companies or funders, there are occasionally fees that we have not been made aware of. When you receive the contract or equivalent documents, you should read the terms and conditions to ensure you a fully in agreement with any charges prior to returning the contract or equivalent documents to the finance company or funder.
Insurance, Vehicle defects, Delivery Delays and Non-conforming Specifications
Prior to delivery, you will need to have provided evidence of fully comprehensive insurance for any person legally entitled to drive the vehicle. Full terms of insurance will be specified by the funder within their contract documents.
A forecasted date for delivery provided within the order form is only an estimate and does not constitute an obligation to provide the vehicle in the time specified. Delivery dates are subject to change from the manufacturer, (build date delays, import delays etc) and Any Car Online does not accept any responsibility or liability for any losses or inconvenience caused directly by you or any third party by the delay in supplying an ordered vehicle by the vehicle provider.
If you are dissatisfied with the delivered vehicle, you must notify the delivery driver and the vehicle dealer before signing the delivery confirmation. You must also return the keys, registration documents and all accessories and documentation supplied with the vehicle. All vehicle defects should be resolved directly with the vehicle dealer and/or funder before you accept and sign for delivery of the vehicle.
After you have taken delivery of the vehicle, it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty and should be taken to an approved repairer/dealer to deal with any defects. In any instance, you should comply with the terms and conditions of the finance or leasing company. Any Car Online is not responsible for any defects, repair or warranty issues. These should be taken up with the dealer that supplied the vehicle.
Once you have taken delivery of the vehicle, any issues relating to contractual payments with the funder, during the term of the lease or finance, or otherwise, should be taken up with the directly with the funder/finance company.
If, for whatever reason, any fees due to Any Car Online are not paid within the designated timeframe, Any Car Online is entitled to apply recovery charges to the debt. These are the administration charges that would be added as follows: £25 for each reminder invoice (postal or email). £25 for any reminder letter or email. To initiate any County Court Proceedings an administration charge of £150, plus any additional debt recovery and/or legal costs that are applied. Interest would be levied at a rate equal to Bank of England Base Rate +8%. All prices shown will be plus VAT, presently at 20%.
This scale of charges would apply up to the point you agree to and sign an order form at which point any fee structure that is agreed within the terms and conditions of the vehicle order would become applicable. Once you have taken delivery of your vehicle, any unpaid payment issues relating to the lease/rental would be due directly to funder and subject to the amounts and terms as defined within the funders own contract with you.
We accept communication by telephone, email or letter. We do not accept facsimile. Any notice or instruction given by any party must be confirmed in writing or email. Any party will be treated as having received any letter addressed to it at its correct address given on the customer order on the first working day after posting (if sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery) or on the second working day after posting if sent by first class pre-paid mail. Since any notice may be time critical it is agreed that no notices will be sent by second class pre-paid mail. A letter posted on a Sunday, bank or public holiday is treated as having been posted on the next working day. Email communication must be followed up by telephone from the sender to the recipient to confirm receipt. Our administration team is available between 9.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Communication after 5pm weekdays or weekends or Bank Holidays will be viewed an actioned on the next working day. We will respond to voicemail messages and email messages as soon as possible, however, during bust periods it may take up to 24-hours for us to respond.
If you wish to cancel your order and your service contract between you and us for the sourcing of the vehicle then you must notify us in writing prior to delivery of the vehicle taking place. However, we are permitted by law to charge a reasonable fee for the services we have provided to the date of the cancellation. If you cancel the order, £195+VAT processing fee paid will not qualify for a refund if we have submitted your application and obtained approval from a finance company or funder for the contract you required. The £195+VAT used for the processing fee will then become a cancellation fee. This is also explained within the terms and conditions of the order form.
As a guide, and subject to individual funders procedures, if you are a personal customer, sole trader or partnership with up to four partners, you may have the right to cancel any regulated leasing contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. If you do have this right, the cancellation period will expire after 14 calendar days from the date on which you accept the Order. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform the funder of your decision to cancel by a clear statement in writing to them directly. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your right to exercise this right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
If you cancel a regulated leasing contract between you and a funder within the cancellation period, they will reimburse to you all payments received from you. They will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 calendar days after the day on which they are informed about your decision to cancel. They will, where possible, make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Even if you cancel, the funder of the vehicle is entitled to charge you for certain costs relating to the supply, return and condition of the vehicle. The funder will inform you of this within their contract documents and on request.
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect your statutory rights.

This Contract is governed by English law and any dispute arising under or in connection with it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
